Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards

PCI DSS is a credit card information security standard developed by the major credit card companies to ensure credit card information integrity and reduce data loss for E-commerce processes, which in turn would reduce cases of fraud.

While the PCI DSS standard is not new it has renewed priority as the number of on-line monetary transactions is increasing year-to-year. We have worked with a variety of companies to ensure that PCI DSS is met on our clients' systems both from an application level all the way to the server administration level. Application security is not something that is defined by PCI DSS standards, however, our past experience and multiple levels of safeguards ensure that all client applications are secure and prevent loss of data.
