What responsibilities come with the gig:

  • Assist customers when they request support, either by e-mail or phone (E-mail/DNS/ISP/code requests)
  • Assist customers in website updates, both static and CMS driven
  • Continuous development of our web-based documentation
  • Participation in in-house development/quality assurance

You should speak the following lingo: HTML, SQL, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and a robust knowledge of how the Internet works

This is an full-time contract, and the right individual will be extended beyond a contract status. Currently this position requires 40 hours per week and the starting salary is $35K+.
