sparkTM is a secure information management + e-commerce framework which powers associations and charities.
Hillel Lodge asked Ignite to provide a system which provided e-commerce fundraising capabilities along with a Content Management System. A new look and feel was also developed to ensure space was used effectively and content origanized for an intuitive user experience. For fundraising tools we implemented a donation system, pledge system and tribute card system.
This project involved:
Website Design: Sitemapping, wireframing + website design
Content Management: Page, news and navigation management with automated version control
E-commerce: Implementation of donation, pledge and tribute card systems
Web Hosting: Secure charity web hosting services + SSL renewals
Founded in 1955 by concerned members of Ottawa's Jewish community and incorporated in 1957, the Lodge officially opened its doors with 29 beds in 1965. The fully-wheelchair accessible Abraham and Dora Lithwick Chapel was constructed in 1975, allowing us to provide onsite religious services. In 1998, we changed our name to The Bess and Moe Greenberg Family Hillel Lodge, and in 2000, we moved to our current facility, the Joseph and Inez Zelikovitz Long-Term Care Centre. Our location, on the thriving 13-acre Jewish Community Campus, allows us to provide a wide range of programming to the community. To learn more visit www.hillel-ltc.com
